Schwarzer Kanal is a laut.fm station from Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Its publisher describes it as the online continuation of the Hard Industrial Work series previously broadcast on Radio X.
The profile credits Tom Westbang. The declared selection includes EBM, gothic, industrial, darkwave, futurepop and synth-pop, with medieval music also appearing in its style list.
Its published music collection is called Playlist1 and is presented as a continuous rotation. That listing does not establish separate hourly programmes or current live-presenter slots.
Recent-played records include VNV Nation, Combichrist, Tactical Sekt, Colony 5 and Culture Kultür. These examples document English-language electronic music in its repertoire.
